How do i join the DC Crew Loyalty program?
You can join the DC Crew Loyalty program for free in-store or online.
I don't see my loyalty points on my account, why?
The points linked to your online and in-store purchases are attached to your account within 7 days of payment. If you do not see your points arriving in your loyalty account after 7 days, we invite you to contact us.
How do i view my points?
You can view your total points at any time by logging in to your account on our brand sites in which you are a loyal member. Please consult the "Points history" section.
How do i use offers and rewards?
ONLINE: You can go to « My Offers & Rewards » page in your account and redeem a reward or offer for future use either online or in-store.Your discount will be reflected in the order total once you have applied it to your cart
IN-STORE: Before you begin your shopping experience, you have the option to log into your account online to view the different rewards that are available to you. You can either redeem that reward in advance and use it in-store, or you can ask our sales representative to check for any available offers/rewards under your account. If there is an offer/reward available, we will gladly redeem it and add it to your purchase.
How do i earn rewards?
As soon as your loyalty account holds at least 300 points, a reward will be available for you to redeem. You will receive an email advising you that a reward is available in your account. Each advantage has a validity period and conditions of use mentioned in your personal account by clicking on “More information”. Can i use my reward on other Boardriders family brands?
Yes. As long as you are a loyalty member with our other family brands (Quiksilver,ROXY,DC Shoes,Billabong,Element,RVCA) your rewards should be available for you to use at any of the family brands.
Do my loyalty points have an expiration date?
Yes. Points are valid for 365 days from the last transaction made by the member. If no purchase is made for 365 days from the last purchase made, the points balance will automatically be reset to zero.
What happens if i return an item?
If you received points when you purchased the item, then those points will be removed from your account when the return is processed. If no points were earned on the purchase of the item, then no points will be removed. This point deduction activity will be visible on your points history page under your account.
Do all my purchases count towards points?
Your purchases at any store and on line will accumulate points including eligible third-party merchandise purchased.
How do I get free shipping?
All loyalty program members benefit from free standard shipping on all orders.
How do I get free returns?
ONLINE: Our loyal members benefit from free returns on all orders placed on our websites.
IN STORE: You can go to our store and return your item as long as it is returned in accordance with our policy.
